We went informal this time.

I had fun, Drew didnt think it was all that good.

We're still looking to find a balance, but Tim is finally talking more.

Next episode won't be as free form as this one.

Thoughts/comments/concerns/opinions/rants?
So whats all exactly talked about in these podcasts?
great one! My 2 cents (well in my case you could say 5 "thank you those who got that!")

-I really like the way this episode was done...very entertaining
-Interview was a lil on the too long side
-more interactivity/talking relating to OUR squadron
I felt like it was a little obvious that we hadn't planned anything for it, and maybe we shouldn't announce that you are reading directly from kotaku. I also thought the bickering dragged out a little. My only other complaint is still the length. If we want to keep the show at 45-60 minutes, lets work work out a format and Ill break the podcast up into chapters. Otherwise we really need to consolidate the information. Maybe we should focus on a few big things instead of small filler. On the upside, from what I can tell, our factual errors were way down.

Sailboy, we don't want to personalize it too much for the squad. We want the podcast to be relavent to anybody that will download it. But I think we should dedicate a portion of the show for squad announcements.
It's almost redundant....doesn't even need to be said...but I agree with Drew.

I feel that the playful banter between Tim and Ben kinda defeats a lot of the positivity of the show. Those of us in the Sins & Saints know that it's playful...but the larger iTunes and gaming community don't. I'm not saying you can't or shouldn't throw in a witty shot...but sometimes it's overboard.

I think we DO need to plug some of the Sins & Saints activities. The win against whoever the bluehell we beat this week. The announcement of recruits or Squad announcements. This would be akin to the recruitment video in terms of people hearing about it and saying, "Wow, that's cool...I'd like to be a part of that." I'm not saying a large chunk...but SOME time should be dedicated to it.

The interview was well done. You did plug some of his stuff...but you could always recap and plug him again at the end of the show. It helps him and - by direct relation - will help us.

All of those articles and websites need to be previewed BEFOREHAND. When you tell your audience that you're actually looking up the website at that very second...it doesn't flow. I'd suggest you read the Official Xbox Magazine or IGN or GameInformer article a day in advance and then again an hour or two before the show. Same thing...check the website an hour or two before the show. You'll all sound a LOT more intelligent about what you're speaking about with the knowledge under your belt.
