A new trailer was released today from Bethesda showing a clip from the New Vegas game. It's set in the same tone as Fallout 3, with the camera panning back etc. It and the story are viewable at:

Can't wait for this to hit, I'm a massive Fallout fan with over 700 hours logged in Fallout 3. Tongue

The fallout 3 team isnt on this one.

Wonder how this one is going to be like...we all know that Bethesda has terrible games come out when they have other developers do their work for them....
Don't know how it be actually... But according to the Fallout Wiki it's supposed to utilize the same game controls we're all familiar with from Fallout 3. Either way, it's a "must buy" for me. I'm a huge Fallout fan and can play it for hours on end.

Note: Was just over at the Bethesda forums and read some posts from the Developers. New Vegas does utilize the same game engine as Fallout 3 and will play much the same as Fallout 3. It's not a "continuation" of fallout 3 per say as it's set in Vegas instead of DC. Fallout 4 will be the continuation of the D.C. saga. Nice to see the controls will also be the same - it was an excellent and easy to navigate control scheme.
