Again, who you are as a person (both in games and outside of it) is important to us. Ability to conduct yourself accordingly and exemplify being the best person you can be is where we draw the lines. APPROVAL
Acceptance into the Sins & Saints must be approved by 3 to 5 active members of the Sins & Saints...at least 1 of those approvals must be from a ranking officer/leader. Barring any significant dispute or injunctions levied by an active member...and upon satisfactory approval...you will be notified.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
I) From day 1 of active membership, you will have all the rights and priviledges that being a Sins and Saints member affords itself. You will have no less of a voice than the guy who has been here for 3 years. Every S&S member is unique and important. We are the oldest Squadron (7+ years) because we do things the right way. We value our members and we cherish and respect what every single member brings to the table. In the words of Co-Owner Sinner101GR, "Each and every member of the team goes through a process to earn that right to be on this team, and being the new guy does not make you the lowest member, it means your just the latest guy to EARN a spot on this team."
II) As a potential member of the Sins & Saints - it is your obligation to be the best that you can be....as a person and as a gamer. We have ZERO expectation that you're going to be the high-scorer every single match. That's not realistic. What we want is people who want to get better. We are here as brothers to help you grow as a gamer and as a human being. We expect that you'll turn to your brother to improve your gaming skill...as well as to help you in "life" issues. It is your Right to request help...and never be surprised that a brother will step forward to lend a hand or listen. We expect that you'll do that.
III) It is an obligation both as a potential recruit and as an active member - to represent yourself in a positive and respectable manner. We will stand by you through thick and thin...just don't make it impossible by going out of your way to be a knucklehead.
IV) Honor, Integrity, Respect. Value those words. Exemplify them in your conduct, your words, and in your actions.
V) You may not be an active member of another team within any of our sponsored games list without approval from Command Staff. Though you may participate in other games with other teams that we do not sponsor, under no circumstances may you be apart of another team while being apart of the Sins & Saints in an active team sponsored game.
REJECTION
Should your "application" be rejected...we request that you not "reapply" for at least 3 or 4 months. Depending on how and why your application is rejected, we may very well let you know what was the issue. The opportunity will be given for you to work on yourself and reevaluate what you really want and what you really have to offer. 3 to 4 months is an adequate time period that -- if you're really that interested -- for you to get yourself in check and come back to us better.
